CUSTOMER ARM MODEL
- HEXAGON Arm
- Model RA8325
OPERATOR ISSUE
Scanning was sluggish.
OUR DISCOVERY
- The wrong scanning profile was being used in RDS.
- The Point Sampling was set to 100% - which is way too dense for VTube-LASER.
OTHER ACTIONS
- We opened RDS and checked the current Scanning Profile.
- We set the scan settings point sampling to 25%.
- We made sure that this was associated with and saved to a new profile named "VTube".
- We set the active profile to VTube.
RESULT
VTube-LASER measures quickly and perfectly
