OPERATOR ISSUE

Scanning was sluggish.

OUR DISCOVERY

  1. The wrong scanning profile was being used in RDS.
  2. The Point Sampling was set to 100% - which is way too dense for VTube-LASER.

OTHER ACTIONS

  1. We opened RDS and checked the current Scanning Profile.
  2. We set the scan settings point sampling to 25%.
  3. We made sure that this was associated with and saved to a new profile named "VTube".
  4. We set the active profile to VTube.
