As of CNC BENDER Version 10-20070425, the software was enhanced to allow the bender motion to recover and complete any controlled motion from any "Safe Mode Cycle Hold" state to a Cycle Start condition.

This includes AUTO mode motion, STEP mode motion, and CONTROLLED jog motion.

If an operator steps on the mat in the middle of any motion, the SMT bender comes to a zero-energy state immediately. All axes are disabled. When the operator presses CYCLE START, then the bender will recover from the disabled state, re-enable the axes, calculate the remaining motion, and then complete all motion.

This is true of the primary and all secondary process lists running at the same time.

(Note: This feature is available for installation on older systems, but requires that the older system electronics be upgraded.)
