Solved an early mandrel extraction logic problem where the mandrel will extract for a split second, then stop extracting. This is an issue on newer versions of CNC Processor that are much faster than older versions. The quickness of the loop causes the logic problem.<br><br>

CNC Processor no longer checks to see if the mandrel forward output is active before it starts the extraction. The retract output will be energized in every case during an early mandrel extraction.<br><br>

This version fixes that issue that the transmission works with the new Windows version of Vector Laservision.
