NEW: COMPLETE MANUAL JOG HALT at CYCLE HOLD
Anytime a safety mechanism is activated (like the safety mat), then all JOG commands are permanently halted. They will not be restarted with Cycle Start like the commands in AUTO mode.
NEW: PUSH BEND BUTTON VISIBILITY
The PUSH BEND setup button is made invisible when the option is disabled.
NEW: RVG BUTTON VISIBILITY
The Realtime Variable Gearing setup button is made invisible when the option is disabled.
